By subscribing to or using Dream Reality SMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not subscribe or use our services. Dream Reality SMS is a product of EmpressEnt LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company.

2. Description of Service

Dream Reality SMS is a paid subscription SMS program that delivers personalized daily text messages, including Dream Man and Dream Sales content, directly to your mobile phone. The service is designed to support your personal and professional mindset through consistent, personalized SMS delivery.

3. Subscription & Billing

The subscription fee is $20.00 per month, billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis.

Your subscription begins on the date of your initial payment.

You authorize EmpressEnt LLC to charge your payment method on file each month until you cancel.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

Replying STOP to any Dream Reality SMS message, or

Contacting us at [email protected]

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive messages until that date.

5. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial subscription periods, unused messages, or cancellations made mid-billing cycle. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge.

6. SMS Program Terms

Message frequency: Daily (may vary)

Message and data rates may apply

Reply STOP to cancel all messages and end your subscription

Reply HELP for customer support

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

7. Personalization Data

You provide personalization information (Dream Man Name, Dream Business Name) at the time of subscription. This information is used solely to personalize your SMS content. You may update this information by contacting [email protected].

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Provide false information when subscribing

Share, resell, or redistribute your subscription content

Use our service for any unlawful purpose

Interfere with or disrupt our service infrastructure

9. Intellectual Property

All content delivered through Dream Reality SMS — including message copy, concepts, and branding — is the intellectual property of EmpressEnt LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of any content is strictly prohibited.

10. Disclaimers

Dream Reality SMS is provided for personal enrichment and mindset purposes. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, or the fitness of our content for any particular purpose. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EmpressEnt LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use Dream Reality SMS. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance.
